SEED Contact Lens ASIA was delighted to participate in the Singapore Optometric Association (SOA) Conference 2024: Beyond 6/6 – Optometrists’ Role in Detecting Hidden Conditions on 11 to 12 September 2024. The event offered a valuable opportunity our Singapore team to engage with industry professionals and explore critical issues shaping the future of vision care.
A special recognition goes to Dr. Mario Schlund, Head of Technology and Product Manager at Sensimed SA (a subsidiary of SEED Co. Ltd.), for his insightful presentation on Biosensor Contact Lenses. His talk provided key insights into the evolving role of these lenses in glaucoma treatment and innovations in eye care.
We also showcased our latest innovations at a dedicated booth, featuring the SEED 1dayPure EDOF (Extended Depth of Focus) Contact Lenses. These multifocal lenses are designed to meet the specific vision needs of patients with presbyopia, particularly Singapore's aging population, offering both comfort and effective vision correction. Additionally, the booth highlighted biosensor contact lenses, furthering discussions on their potential to revolutionize personalised eye care.
We extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited our booth and engaged in thoughtful and meaningful discussions. The exchange of ideas and feedback was invaluable, fostering a strong spirit of collaboration within the vision care community. These interactions reaffirm SEED's commitment to advancing contact lens technology that aligns with the evolving needs of patients.
Looking ahead, we at SEED, remain committed to pushing the boundaries of personalised eye care solutions. SEED 1dayPure EDOF Multifocal Lenses and biosensor contact lenses are designed to provide superior comfort, performance, and tailored solutions for patients with specific needs, particularly those managing presbyopia and the challenges of elderly eye care.
